英國太陽報Alexander McQueen是以上吊方式結束生命。報導指，與月初Alexander McQueen媽媽 Joyce之死令Alexander McQueen大受打擊。他的伯樂Isabella Blow三年前，也利用自殺結束生命。
Alexander McQueen原名Lee McQueen，Alexander一名，是Isabella Blow幫他改的。
不管是紅前紅後，他的謝幕永遠是穿上簡單的Tee，牛仔褲，波鞋，沒有John Galliano的浮誇，沒有KL喜歡滿場飛。他留下的，永遠是淡淡的樸實，他的創意和才華，我們永遠記下。
